Andrew Garratt - Data and statistics in public relations
Andrew Garratt has twenty-five years’ experience in public affairs, public relations, community campaigning, statistical reporting, copy-writing, and communications training.
Andrew has an MSc in Mathematics and the Royal Statistical Society's Higher Certificate in Statistics. He wrote the CIPR's skills guide on communicating with data and statistics in public relations.
In his career, Andrew has trained a wide range of audiences including PR professionals, journalists, government statisticians, academic researchers, councillors, council officers, and parliamentary researchers.

Philip Davies - Motion graphics artist
Philip is a motion graphics artist living and working in London, founder and director of Battlecat! an award-winning animation and VFX studio. He has eight years industry experience and his recent commercial clients include Nike, Google, The Labour Party, Shelter, the BFI, and the Victoria & Albert Museum. He started off in Johannesburg, South Africa, working on music videos for Die Antwoord and designing logos for local indie films, and since then his work has ranged from the purely experimental to the strictly commercial. He has a Masters Degree in Information Design, and his work is informed by a strong background in graphic design and a love of illustration. By all accounts, he is a lot of fun to work with.
